Digital technologies have been held out as a tool for increasing access to financial services, but digital financial services has also become increasingly fragmented, creating confusion among consumers and allowing for the dissemination of deceptive products and providers that undermine, rather than support, consumer financial well-being. In this session you'll hear consumer insights on trust and explore how community listening and co-creation can jumpstart trust-building.

  • Outcomes of new research on digital financial services supported by the National Science Foundation
  • How to accelerate trust-building with local communities

Using tools like Tableau to visualize your credit union’s data is a critical skill to support the decisions you and your team make. Join us for a 2-hour workshop where you will have credit union data to analyze using visualizations to better understand the types of analyses and decisions that can be made.

Online modules will be available in advance of the workshop to help participants gain a baseline in using Tableau.  These modules will provide access to Tableau and provide introductory exposure to prepare participants for the workshop session.

Open to in-person registrants only. Lunch will be provided for workshop participants.

 

Before the session, please prepare your laptop by downloading and running the Tableau application. You will have free guest access to Tableau for 14 days.
