Mai-Linh is Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Marketing for Collins Community Credit Union ($1.4B), headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She also heads strategy and marketing for Collins Holding Company and their family of CUSOs. With 20 years’ experience in organizational strategy, marketing, event management and public relations, she has worked for large nonprofits, advertising agencies and credit unions over her career, focusing her work in the financial industry for the past 15 years, spending most of her career with credit unions having $1 billion to $4 billion in assets.
She is a Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN) Ambassador and Iowa Sister Society leader. GWLN, a program of the World Council of Credit Unions, aims to provide women with the opportunity and resources to make a measurable difference. She received GWLN’s 2019 Emerging Leader Award for her work and advocacy through fundraising and programming to provide women with the tools and resources they need to lead.
Mai-Linh has a Bachelor of Science in biology and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Originally from Philadelphia, she splits her time between Singapore and the United States with her husband and two young daughters. She consults for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Corridor, and she is a member of the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance’s Economic Development Innovation Council and the American Marketing Association. She is also a participant in Filene Research Institute’s i3 program.
