Keith Schumann is Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Cricket Wireless, the fastest-growing prepaid company in the nation for the 4th year in a row.
As a leader in Cricket's marketing organization, he is responsible for the company's competitive insights, pricing & promotions, and acquisition marketing. Keith is a 25+ year veteran of the wireless industry, serving in a variety of roles inside Cricket’s parent company, AT&T.
Prior to his current role, Keith lead one of the largest multi-product acquisition direct marketing programs in the United States at AT&T. Keith’s contributions to the telecom landscape include introducing the first nationally standard customer phone upgrade program, ahead of their time loyalty platforms, omnichannel marketing advancements with list driven digital, and cutting-edge people-based marketing.
