Crash Course 2024!
Credit union leaders are tasked with continually balancing growth while ensuring mission and members are top of mind. This requires credit unions to continuously navigate increasingly complex challenges, amplified by the rate of technological advances, a widening wealth gap, and unprecedented economic uncertainty. To succeed credit unions must connect with and develop emerging leaders and guide them to build their strategic mindset, enhance their unique skills, and learn new competencies to adapt and thrive in a tumultuous world.
Filene's virtual Crash Course is a once-a-quarter experience where Crashers will learn about Filene's cutting-edge research, glean insights from Filene's Inner Circle, Innovation, and i3 communities, and connect with other emerging leaders across North America. Participants will collaborate with other like-minded leaders to gain a holistic perspective on credit unions and how our industry can continue to serve members into the 21st century and beyond.

In order to be considered for this program your organization must be a member for Filene Research Institute. Please contact us to discuss options for participating if your credit union is NOT a member.
