Prior to joining Steady Oz was part of the early executive team at LendUp where he led all user growth initiatives before running the loans business as the GM. At LendUp Oz helped the company to raise over $500M in VC capital and deployed over $1B in loan originations. Since Oz joined Steady he has been leading all growth initiatives and working as an integral part of the executive team as the COO on various initiatives ranging from fund raising to monetization.
