Sarah Szilagyi is SVP, Experience Operations and Chief of Staff, for CO-OP Financial Services (www.coop.org), a payments and financial technology provider to credit unions. Szilagyi joined CO-OP in July 2017 as part of a career as an Operations leader and implementer focusing on strategic planning, digital and marketing strategy, and analytics. With CO-OP, Szilagyi has helped build and launch CO-OP’s client Co-Creation Councils as well as operationalize the integration of the client experience function within CO-OP.
