Megan Snyder is a passionate Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Portfolio Management who leads with focus, transparency, and heart. Her 17 years of leadership, project management, lending, and member service experience have allowed her to make impactful change at Unitus Community Credit Union. In her current role, she leads companywide initiatives that support the community and overall strategy. These include innovative fintech solutions, supporting CUSO partnerships, and leading inclusive initiatives. Megan's current strategic priorities are supporting the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative, the Hispanic Community Initiative, the Financial Empowerment Collaborative with the Urban League of Portland, and managing the Community Development, Financial Wellness, and Project Management teams.

Megan was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon and attended college at the University of Oregon where she received two degrees. Currently, she is enrolled at the University of Alabama, pursuing her Masters in Management, with a focus on Strategy & Innovation. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel, read, and spend time with her two boys.
