For the past three years, Co-op has conducted significant market research on behalf of credit unions, working in conjunction with partners such as EY, Mastercard and Filene. In this session, Kasey Stinson will summarize the leading insights of this body of research and share the growth strategies for credit unions Co-op recommends based on its most recent research. Stinson will also preview the key objectives for Co-op’s 2024 research, which will emphasize the “how to” of credit unions adopting a service model that puts the member at the center.
