Víctor Miguel Corro is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience working in international and cross-cultural environments in the private and non-profit sectors. Corro has developed and nurtured relationships within the global financial industry through his work with World Council of Credit Unions. Most recently Corro has been at the helm of Coopera Consulting, a marketing and analytics consulting firm that engages organizations and prepares them to serve underserved markets. Coopera’s core clients are within retail finance space, namely credit unions. Coopera’s work involves the outreach and understanding of the Hispanic market and its nuance to formulate a growth and service strategy for it.
Corro has ample expertise in member relations, industry training and education, and has fostered international collaboration while leading the International Credit Union Partnerships Program. Corro is an avid traveler and photographer who has visited more than 90 countries. Victor is a first generation American who came to the United States from Panama to study at the University of Wisconsin on a Fulbright Scholarship. He has a BA in Economics and Latin American Studies and lives in Wisconsin with his wife and two children.
