Description

For years, credit union thinking about relevancy, purpose, and performance has been pretty consistent:

“Grow, grow, grow!”

“Don’t limit your options.”

“Learn from the big banks but care more and let service and value be our advantage.”

“If we build it, they will come.”

This has been working okay, but every day we face more and greater challenges and different results require different approaches.

New insights into human behavior, new datasets for evaluating performance and learning from peers, and new approaches to collaboration are all coming together to help credit unions move beyond conventional wisdom.  Callahan & Associates will offer some of their thinking on these opportunities through the lens of their new dataset of Non-Interest Income sources.  They’ll share examples of what seems to be working best, insights into why, and thoughts on what how it can empower you to think and act outside the box.
