Crash Course: Filene's Centers of Excellence

We're thrilled to offer a second opportunity for your emerging talent to virtually experience the latest insights from Filene's Centers of Excellence. Recognize and reward your rising talent by giving them access to a network of other passionate and dedicated credit union team members and a unique development opportunity.
Crash Course Filene is a 10-month immersive experience. Crashers will learn about Filene's cutting-edge research, glean insights from Filene's Inner Circle, Innovation, and i3 communities, and connect with other emerging leaders across North America.
The program will lay a foundation for Crashers to explore the credit union industry holistically. We will work through the strategic initiatives that are critical to the survival of credit unions as we learn to thrive in a world experiencing a global pandemic.

- Be sure to download and review the Recruitment Kit to help narrow down an emerging leader at your organization.

EMERGING LEADERS (aka Future Crashers)
In order to be considered for this program you must be enrolled by a leader at your credit union. To share your interest with us and to get resources to share with your credit union, please complete the first part of the interest form here.

Please make sure the Crasher(s) selected has support to participate in the full program.
