Dr. Danielle D. King is an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Rice University and the Principal Investigator of the WorKing Resilience Research Laboratory. Her research focuses on the topics of employee resilience, resources, identity, and voice. Her work has been funded by the National Science Foundation and has been published in both peer-reviewed scientific journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, and in popular press outlets, including Harvard Business Review. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University.
